Впродовж останніх шести місяців війни українці активно продавали бізнеси “під ключ”, що порівняно з пандемічним 2020 роком вп’ятеро більше. Не бракувало охочих їх придбати, найчастіше — у гастросфері. На який бізнес та де в Україні найбільший попит та пропозиція — у свіжій аналітиці OLX.

У період шести місяців повномасштабного вторгнення українці активно продавали бізнеси. Так, на OLX у розділі “Бізнес та послуги” найбільше пропонували:

  • магазини (7 124 оголошення);
  • кав’ярні (3 739 оголошення);
  • сайти (2 168 оголошень);
  • кафе (1 268 оголошень);
  • франшизи (1 237 оголошень).

У березні на ринку було достатньо пропозицій з продажу магазинів та сайтів, у травні-червні кафе та франшизи, а от у серпні – кав’ярень. Найменше ж було пропозицій з продажу зоомагазинів та квіткового бізнесу.

До слова у пандемічних 2020-2021 роках пропозиції щодо продажу готового бізнесу були схожими. Тоді найбільше оголошень було з продажу кав’ярніінтернет-магазину, instagram сторінки та франшизи.

За останні шість місяців війни запит від українців на купівлю бізнесу “під ключ” відрізнявся від пропозицій на ринку. Так, з березня по серпень найчастіше хотіли придбати кав’ярню та бар (по 13 відгуків на 1 оголошення). Також українці цікавилися фургонами, які обладнані під приготування вуличної їжі — фудтраками (12 відгуків на 1 оголошення), такий же інтерес був до купівлі ютуб-каналу.

За даними OLX найчастіше пропонували готовий бізнес на Київщині — майже 54 тисячі оголошень за півроку війни. На Дніпропетровщині та Одещині цей показник був дещо нижчим — 17,5 та 13,7 тисяч відповідно. Майже однакову кількість бізнесів хотіли продати у Львівській та Харківській областях — по 10 тисяч оголошень.

А ось придбати бізнес були готові у Черкаській, Київській та Чернігівській областях — в середньому по 5 відгуків на 1 олх оголошення. Трохи менший попит був у Кіровоградській та Івано-Франківській областях — по 4 відгуки на 1 оголошення.
